What is check-out time? Can I request a late check-out?
Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. the following morning.
Late check-out is available for an additional fee (any part of an hour counts as one full hour):
・Before 14:00 on check-out day: NT$200 per hour
・After 14:00 on check-out day: NT$500 per hour
Is smoking allowed?
The entire building and all guest rooms are non-smoking, including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and heated tobacco products.
If cigarette butts, ash, odor, or cartridges are found in the room, a NT$2,000 cleaning fee will be charged.
Is housekeeping provided during extended stays?
If you need housekeeping during an extended stay, please inform the front desk between 09:00 and 15:00 each day.
Without prior notice, room cleaning will not be scheduled.
Can I bring visitors to my room?
Please refer to the notice in the lobby or ask the front desk for visitor rules.
Unauthorized visitors may result in additional charges based on occupancy during your stay.
What if I lose my room key card?
Please return your key card to the front desk on the first floor at check-out.
Lost or damaged cards are subject to a NT$300 replacement fee per card.
Are there extra charges for children?
Children aged 6 and under stay free.
Guests aged 6 and above are charged NT$700 per person. Extra beds are not available.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed except certified guide dogs for guests with disabilities.
Violations are subject to a NT$2,000 cleaning fee.
Can I use high-power appliances in the room?
To prevent electrical overload and safety hazards, high-voltage or high-consumption appliances are not permitted in guest rooms.
What if I damage hotel property?
Please take care of hotel furnishings and amenities.
Significant linen stains, damage, loss, or theft will be charged at replacement cost; illegal acts will be reported to authorities.
Does the hotel store lost items?
Please take valuables with you when leaving the room.
The hotel is not responsible for items left behind. We may assist police with CCTV review but are not liable for compensation.
What behavior is prohibited?
Excessive drinking, parties, drug use, and any illegal activity are prohibited.
Violations will be reported to the police and handled according to law.
How do I cancel or modify my booking?
Please contact us by phone or email; we will assist you according to the booking terms.
Is parking available?
Our private parking lot has limited spaces on a first-come, first-served basis; spaces cannot be reserved.
If the lot is full, please find street parking nearby; parking subsidies are not provided.
